WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A THERAPY SESSION ?During a session with me, you can expect a warm, safe and non-judgmental experience. We will be talking, we will be learning more about you and your unique nervous system and we will be checking in with your body. We will navigate issues that are important to you, moving in directions towards your greater health. Sessions are 50 minutes. Often initially, we will begin by learning more about how your nervous system works, and how to work with it to reach your desired outcomes. Later, we will use internal family systems “parts work” to address past traumas and release them.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?Therapy Sessions are billed at 180 for individual sessions. I have a limited number of reduced fee slots for clients in financial need. Please contact me to discuss. I accept payment via cash, check, Zelle or Venmo at the end of each session.

HOW OFTEN AND HOW LONG DO WE NEED TO MEET?It can be difficult to predict how long we should meet. It often depends on what issue(s) are being addressed and what your goals are for therapy. In my experience, therapy is most productive when it is conducted weekly, especially for the first few months. This weekly consistency helps establish a solid therapist-client relationship, which has been shown to have a positive correlation with improved outcomes in therapy.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?I do have a limited number of spaces for clients with Kaiser Permanente insurance via the Grow therapy platform. I do not accept any other health insurance at this time. However, you may be eligible for reimbursement of some or all of the fee if you “out of network benefits”. Please contact your insurance company to inquire whether or not you have these benefits. And I am always willing to create a superbill for you to provide to insurance for reimbursement.
